Data we may collect

- Organization and employee data entered by customers for attendance management.
- Location data when location-based attendance is used and permission is granted.
- Technical logs and device information required for security and troubleshooting.
- User content uploaded through features that require images or files.
How we use data
- To create accounts, operate Tawajud, and provide support.
- To verify identity and secure accounts, including one-time passwords (OTP).
- To manage attendance records and generate reports based on customer settings.
- To protect the service, prevent misuse, and improve performance.
- To meet legal obligations and respond to data-rights requests.
We may send an OTP through WhatsApp to a number provided for authentication. Authentication messages are not used as marketing messages.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum data required with hosting, notification, support, and authentication providers, including Meta and WhatsApp when WhatsApp authentication is selected, or where required by law. Processing may take place through providers inside or outside Saudi Arabia subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet contractual and legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it unless longer retention is required. We apply appropriate administrative and technical controls to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
